Empowering women on the field

For the third consecutive year, White Hills Women’s Football is proud to deliver a complete female pathway to playing grassroots AFL; a milestone built on years of commitment to empowering women in our community. At a time where female participation in sport has never been more important, White Hills Women’s Football continues to provide a place where women can grow, compete and thrive both on and off the field.

Playing competitive sport offers far more than just physical fitness. For many of our players, it is essential “me time”. A moment to step away from daily pressures and prioritise mental wellbeing. The connections built on the field become a genuine support network, proving that the benefits of team sport extends long after the final siren.

Season 2026: A fresh era of leadership

We are excited to begin the 2026 season with a new coaching line up that reflects our commitment to empowering women in leadership roles.

  • Allara Jackson and Sharni Barker join as our new Senior Women’s team coaches
  • Jorja Morrison steps into the role of Under 18’s Coach
  • Our head coaches are fully supported by the expertise of assistant coaches Koby Gibson and Brett Henery.

This leadership team bring passion, experience and a strong vision for the season ahead.
